Concept

PJ01 is a bold yet refined statement home on Palm Jumeirah, designed across two merged plots to fully embrace the beachfront while maintaining privacy from the street. The villa blends minimalist design with resort-style living—luxurious, serene, and highly functional.

Design Approach

• Orientation: Maximized beach views with a discreet, sculptural street façade.

• Massing: Floating horizontal volumes, clean white planes, and deep overhangs create a strong yet simple form.

• Spatial Flow: Open-plan interiors connect seamlessly with outdoor terraces, a sunken lounge, and an infinity pool.

• Experience: Every space is framed to offer a unique view or moment—from shaded courtyards to water-edge lounging.

Materiality & Palette

A restrained mix of white render, textured concrete, glass, and subtle timber details creates a calm, timeless aesthetic that elevates the spatial experience without distraction.
